Job summary

Genesis HealthCare seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents across three NH centers. The role supports Center Leadership and Medical Directors to uphold high-quality patient care and compassionate service.

The position can be filled by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, requiring 1+ year of provider experience and state licensure. Multi-site collaboration and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN.
• NP must have a Master's in Nursing with Older Adult and/or Family NP concentration; PA must have an ARC-PA accredited program and PANCE / PA license and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director and Attending physicians to deliver high-quality care.
