Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure and NP certification; MSN with Older Adult or FNP concentration.
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE with PA licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership to meet center goals and AlignMed mission.
• Coordinate with Medical Director/Attending for patient care decisions.
