Job summary
Genesis Healthcare seeks a Part Time to Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to rotate across three NH centers. Requires at least 1 year of provider experience. Base salary ranges from $120,640 to $133,120 per year, with a no-cap incentive program. Position supports no on-call or weekend requirements and offers comprehensive benefits.
The role involves delivering primary and urgent care to nursing center residents with collaboration across center leadership and medical directors.
Qualifications
- APRNs must be licensed registered nurses with RN license, NP with Master's in Nursing and Older Adult and/or FNP concentration.
- PA must be ARC-PA accredited program graduate and PANCE.
- PA licensure and NCCPA certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
- Deliver high-quality healthcare and compassionate care.
