Job summary
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a flexible Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to float among three NH centers, delivering primary and urgent care to aging residents. Collaboration with leadership and medical staff is essential for aligned patient care across Laconia, Concord, and Franklin centers.
Requirements include NP/PA credentials, RN licensure, and at least two years in adult/geriatric care. A no-cap incentive program enhances the base salary, with a comprehensive benefits package
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as an RN.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Nursing and Older Adult and/or Family NP focus; or an ARC-PA PA program graduate with PA licensure and NCCPA certification.
- Minimum two years of experience with adult/geriatric populations.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet facility goals and deliver high-quality care.
