Job summary
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a part-time to full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to float between Laconia, Concord, and Franklin NH centers. At least 1 year of provider experience is required, with a base salary of $120,640–$133,120 per year plus incentive compensation.

Qualifications
- AP provider must have a Master’s in Nursing, RN licensure, NP certification and a focus in Older Adult or Family NP.
- PA route requires ARC-PA accreditation, PANCE and PA licensure (NCCPA).
- Minimum two years’ experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals and deliver quality care.
