Qualifications

• Active state license as an Occupational Therapist inCalifornia
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum of 1year of recent OT experience preferred, ideally in a SNF orgeriatric setting
• Strong problem-solving and patient careskills
• Ability to work collaboratively within amultidisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients withphysical, cognitive, and functional limitations in a SkilledNursing Facility setting
• Develop and implementindividualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Trainpatients in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing,bathing, and feeding
• Recommend adaptive equipment andenvironmental modifications to improve independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans asneeded
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation ofpatient care and outcomes
