AED CONSTRUCTORES in Oxnard, CA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and help restore independence in daily activities for geriatric and post-acute populations.

Qualifications
- Active state license as an Occupational Therapist in California.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent OT experience, ideally in a SNF or geriatric setting.
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and feeding.
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to improve independence.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care and outcomes.
