Jersey College is seeking an experienced Nursing Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction with classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical components for LPN/PN and RN students. You will evaluate student performance and guide learners toward professional nursing competencies while maintaining supportive, outcomes-focused instruction.

The ideal candidate holds an MSN or higher and has substantial nursing education experience, with strong communication skills and a commitment to student

Qualifications

• RN with MSN or higher education credentials.
• Experience teaching LPN/PN and RN students in classroom, lab, simulation, or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication and feedback skills; ability to assess and document student progress.

Responsabilités

• Provide classroom, laboratory, simulation, and clinical instruction to nursing students.
• Evaluate student performance and clinical competence per program standards.
• Prepare progress and grade reports; maintain attendance records.
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical partners, and administration; participate in meetings.
