Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents across centers in the eastern West Virginia panhandle, including Martinsburg. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Practice and collaborates with the Medical Director to provide high-quality care.

Candidates must have NP or PA credentials as described, with a focus on older adults, and be eligible for state licensure in WV.

Qualifications

• AP Provider must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• RN license and NP certification with a Master’s in Nursing (Older Adult or Family) preferred.
• PA candidate must graduate from ARC-PA‑accredited program and pass PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborates with Center Leadership to meet goals and priorities.
• Works with Medical Director/Attending to deliver care and ensure quality outcomes.
