Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks a clinician (NP or PA) to provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents at Mineral Springs Center in North Conway, NH. The position supports a no-weekend/on-call balance and offers flexible 24-40 hours per week with base pay of $58–$62 per hour plus incentive compensation.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with RN license, NP certification in Older Adult and/or Family NP.
PA graduate from ARC-PA accredited program with PANCE, state licensure, and NCCPA certification.
Minimum two years experience with adult/geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
