Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a Medical Assistant program, and at least 1 year of MA experience. Phlebotomy experience and BLS are desirable and valued for this role.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Conduct patient intake, measure and record vital signs, obtain medical histories, and perform routine screenings.
• Engage with patients during appointments, report changes to PCP or specialists as needed.
• Handle patient communications, return calls, and route messages to team members.
• Assist with first aid procedures, dressings, sutures, and CPR under physician supervision.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide health coaching to defined patient groups with weekly follow-ups.
