ArchWell Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the primary care team, room patients, perform routine diagnostics, and coordinate care. The MA-Float may cover centers as needed and assist with patient coaching.

Requirements include a high school diploma or MA program graduate, 1 year MA experience, BLS, and EClinical Works EMR experience. Candidates should excel in communication, adaptability, and patient-centered service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and room ArchWell Health members; conduct intake and record vital signs.
• Assess health conditions and assist in routine diagnostic testing.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to PCP and team.
• Assist with dressing changes, sutures, and first aid under physician supervision.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and proper documentation.
• Provide health coaching and follow-up calls to patients.
