Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
• Phlebotomy experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members upon arrival and assist check-in.
• Schedule appointments and referrals for a multidisciplinary team.
• Update member information in the EMR system.
• Perform intake with patients, record vitals, and document medical history.
• Assist with examinations, routine screenings, and patient communication.
• Provide coverage across centers as needed by the PCP and care team.
