Job summary

Total Life, Inc. seeks licensed CRNPs to lead longevity days in Auburn, AL–Columbus, GA areas. You will host educational talks, then perform one-on-one longevity visits with residents in partner senior living communities.

Trained by our CMO, you’ll handle comprehensive geriatric assessments, deprescribing, cognition and mood reviews, and coordinate with residents’ primary care providers. Weekday on-site days with 4–8 hours per site day and growing bookings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Alabama CRNP license; Alabama RN license
• Active Georgia APRN authorization
• National NP board certification
• DEA registration for AL and GA; QACSC if prescribing in AL
• Collaborative practice agreement with a physician per state requirements
• Nurse protocol agreement with delegating physician per GA requirements
• Clinical experience caring for adults 65+; Medicare documentation familiarity
• Malpractice insurance covering in-person care

Responsibilities

• Conduct geriatric longevity visits (45–60 minutes) using comprehensive assessment
• Weight management evaluation including GLP-1 therapy where appropriate
• Coordinate follow-up care with primary care providers and specialists
• Document encounters to Medicare standards in our EHR
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families, and staff
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in Auburn, AL–Columbus, GA area
