Total Life Inc. seeks CRNPs to lead longevity visits at partner senior living communities in the Auburn, AL–Columbus, GA area. You will deliver a short educational talk and then conduct one-on-one longevity visits, with training from our Chief Medical Officer and ongoing support.

Site days are weekday, 4–8 hours per day, a few times per month, with hours growing as bookings increase. Licensure in Alabama and Georgia, Medicare documentation experience, and geriatric care knowledge are required.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted Alabama CRNP license (Alabama Board of Nursing) and an active Alabama RN license.
• Active Georgia APRN authorization to see residents at Columbus, GA community.
• Current national NP board certification.
• Active DEA registration for Alabama and Georgia (plus QACSC if prescribing in Alabama).
• Ability to work under a physician collaboration agreement and a Georgia nurse protocol agreement.

Mansioni

• Conduct 45–60 minute longevity visits based on a comprehensive geriatric assessment.
• Evaluate residents for weight management including GLP-1 therapy when appropriate.
• Coordinate with primary care and specialists for follow-up care.
• Document encounters to Medicare standards in the EHR.
• Represent Total Life professionally with residents, families and community staff.
• Travel to assigned senior living communities in the Auburn, AL–Columbus, GA area.
