Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy for geriatric populations in facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. SCT handles billing, credentialing, and other admin tasks to let clinicians focus on care.

We offer full-time schedules (32/40 hours), competitive salary ($56,000–$90,000 annually), a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) with match and malpractice insurance.

Competenze

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Proficiency with technology including electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities, up to 45 minutes.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, and move between rooms.

Mansioni

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patients.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
