Senior Care Therapy, LLC in Catskill, NY is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to the geriatric population in skilled nursing facilities across NY, NJ, PA, and MD. This clinical role offers work-life balance with administrative tasks handled by SCT.

We offer customizable full-time opportunities, salary ranges from $56,000 to $90,000, sign-on up to $6,000 for full-time staff, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and malpractice

Qualificações

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state applying for.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with regulatory compliance awareness.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities (up to 45 minutes).
• Comfort working in geriatric subacute/long-term care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
