Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC seeks Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy for the geriatric population. We serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD, with SCT handling billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications to let you focus on clinical care.

We offer customizable full-time schedules (32-40 hrs), a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in state applying for.
• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR).
• In-person services at facilities up to 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions at SNF/subacute facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff and family to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards using EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
