Job summary
Senior Care Therapy is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in New Jersey. The role offers work-life balance with administrative responsibilities handled by SCT.
You will conduct individual and group sessions in skilled nursing facilities, collaborate with facility staff, and maintain clinical documentation using our EHR. Salary ranges from $56,000 to $90,000 with full benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in State applying for.
- Effective oral and written communication in English
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to regulatory compliance
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation using our clinician-designed EHR system.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
