Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. SCT handles billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications to let clinicians focus on care.

We offer 32- or 40-hour weeks with a market salary of $56,000–$90,000 and a sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for full-time staff, plus a full benefits package, paid time off, and career growth support.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Basic proficiency with technology including electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities, up to 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions in SNFs.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR per regulatory standards.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
