Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is hiring Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy for geriatric residents across SNFs in NJ, NY, PA, and MD. The position includes a full-time schedule with flexible daytime hours, supporting clinicians with administrative tasks and a clinician-led training environment.

Salary ranges from $56,000 to $90,000 annually, plus benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in State applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English
• Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.
• Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
