Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to provide in-person psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. We handle billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications so you can focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state applying for.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to provide in-person psychotherapy at facilities, up to 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in SNF/subacute facilities.
• Diagnose and treat emotional/behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and family members to support patient care.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation using EHR.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
