Zusammenfassung

Quaise Energy is seeking a Project Controls Lead to own the financial backbone of geothermal development and construction projects. You will partner with Finance and Supply Chain to maintain budgets, track costs, forecast cash flow, and review invoices across the project lifecycle.

You will build scalable controls, manage tax credit compliance with external advisors, and coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, and Accounting to ensure accurate GL postings and timely close.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred/required.
• 5–7+ years of experience in project accounting, project controls, project administration, construction accounting or related roles.
• Experience with energy development or ownership company is preferred; construction/project controls experience valued.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and project reporting capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Own project-level accounting including budget development, cost tracking, forecasting, invoice review and approval workflows.
• Maintain budget vs actual reporting and project cash flow forecasts; communicate variances.
• Support procurement lifecycle with imports/customs, freight/logistics, storage, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Controlling to implement standardized financial controls and reporting.
