Job summary

Quaise Energy is a technology innovator and project developer focused on superhot geothermal energy. The Permitting Program Manager leads integrated permitting across exploration, drilling, and interconnection, coordinating with regulators, land managers, and environmental consultants.

The role advances the company’s first commercial plant and builds a repeatable permitting framework to support rapid deployment. Strong NEPA and multi-agency experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, biology, natural resources, public policy, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of environmental and ecological permitting and compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated permitting program from screening through construction and operations.
• Lead preparation and agency review of federal geothermal authorizations.
• Manage NEPA compliance with BLM, USFS, and other agencies; coordinate consultations.
