Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary Geothermal projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence. You will build strong client relationships and coordinate with technical experts and stakeholders across multiple offices.

The ideal candidate excels at coordinating teams, managing priorities, and solving complex challenges while driving project outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, science, construction management, environmental science, business, or a related field from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of progressively responsible consulting, engineering, technical, operational, or project management experience.
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, client communications, and multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across offices.
