Quaise Energy is seeking a Senior Drilling Engineer to plan, design, and execute complex geothermal well programs. You will translate subsurface objectives into field-ready drilling plans, ensuring quality design, risk mitigation, and cost control across the drilling lifecycle.

You will work with exploration geology, reservoir engineering, and field operations to adapt oil/gas practices to high-temperature geothermal wells, while leading safety-focused execution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum, mechanical, chemical engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 8+ years of drilling engineering, well construction, or drilling operations experience in geothermal or subsurface industries.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver engineered drilling and well construction programs, procedures, and cost estimates.
• Lead well design, casing and cementing programs, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate with field teams for safe, efficient operation and post-well reviews.
• Review offset data and manage contractor performance and safety.
