Job summary

RESPEC is seeking a Project Manager to join our Geothermal team. You will lead multidisciplinary projects from planning through execution and closeout, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and quality while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consulting/engineering/project management experience, a relevant degree, experience coordinating diverse teams, and the ability to manage budgets and schedules across multiple offices. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of consulting/engineering/PM experience.
• Experience managing scopes, schedules, budgets, risks, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience delivering projects from initiation through closeout; client interface.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from kickoff to closeout.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders across offices.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions to stay on track.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact and maintain relationships.
• Manage project finances including forecasting, budgeting, billing, and profitability.
