Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with gINT Geotechnical software and AutoCAD LT preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide project delivery support including document control, tracking, and client communications.
• Assist project managers with resource management and project details tracking (timelines, budgets, deliverables).
• Enter and maintain data in TerraNet and CRM; support WIP, invoicing, and AR planning.
• Draft report sections and proposals; support client communications plans and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate updates to program manuals and project registration/setup as needed.
