IT Development Program Intern – Summer 2027
This position is hybrid and located in Richmond, VA. Candidates may be eligible for relocation assistance if they are not located in the area.

Beginning Summer 2027, Genworth’s 10-to-12 week internship provides students with valuable experience needed for a successful beginning to any IT career. Our interns will work with top IT Leaders to solve real-world problems because our financial services and products touch real lives—whether we’re providing support for caregivers, enabling independent living, or connecting our customers with high quality care resources. At the end of the summer, successful interns who are rising seniors may interview and apply for a position in the full-time IT Development Program (ITDP).
Hiring Rate: $23.00–$26.00/Hour. Actual compensation will vary based on geographic location, experience, skills, and other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in a bonus incentive plan. Incentive compensation is based on individual and company performance and is not guaranteed. At this time, Genworth will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
