Job summary

Genworth in Richmond, VA seeks a motivated IT Development Program Analyst for Summer 2027. The 24‑month program features four rotations of six months each, two IT Boot Camps, formal coursework, and on‑the‑job learning across multiple technology disciplines.

You will rotate through application development, IT infrastructure, security, automation, and data science while building relationships with mentors and peers. Relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• We require candidates to be on track to graduate by Spring 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Systems, or Electrical Engineering, Computer/Management Information Systems, or Mathematics.
• We look for a minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Relevant internship or co‑op experience is preferred.
• Additional programming language knowledge is a plus.
