Exemplary candidates have 8+ years in life science capital sales, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of growing customer relationships. This field-based role includes a mix of on-site and home-office work in the Rockville region.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of clinical and research genetics and genomics.
• Experience working with life science accounts in the Rockville, MD area.
• 8+ years of life science capital sales experience.
• Strong independent lead generation and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory and account-specific sales plans.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Field-based activities ≥50% of the time.
• Forecasting and pipeline management.
• Maintain CRM data and drive new leads.
