Qualifications

• Biotech/biomedical industry knowledge or military experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and operate as an independent contributor.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain Illumina platforms at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot a wide range of complex issues and monitor instrument uptime.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage SFDC case workflows.
• Lead on-site training and coordinate with field/service teams.
