Qualifications

• 2-6 years relevant experience or direct experience servicing Illumina products.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain Illumina platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex customer problems and ensure uptime.
• Manage SFDC cases with quality and accuracy.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships at on-site sites.
• Coordinate equipment upgrades and new installations.
• Lead meetings to report metrics on instrument performance and downtime.
