Global Payments Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Genius team in Alpharetta, GA. You will lead a high-energy outside sales group, drive revenue growth, and shape territory strategy with senior leadership.

You’ll spend up to 75% of your time in the field, coaching the team, building a strong pipeline, and delivering measurable outcomes in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading an outside sales team, with at least 4 years of leadership experience.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and inspire others to achieve and exceed targets.
• Confidence leading from the front and building credibility through action and results.
• High energy, competitive drive and a clear focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
• Ability to connect with people, build trust quickly and influence performance.
• Comfort spending up to 75% of your time in the field with a valid driver’s license.
• Residence within the territory to stay connected and lead effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent revenue growth by owning the performance and results of your regional outside sales team
• Lead from the front, using hands-on coaching and real-time feedback to elevate individual and team success
• Build a strong, predictable pipeline by partnering with your team to uncover opportunities and accelerate deal momentum
• Create a high-performing culture by attracting, developing and retaining top sales talent in your region
• Influence market success by strengthening how your team positions the Genius® platform with clients
• Shape territory strategy using insights, improving execution and increasing win rates across your market
• Strengthen operational excellence by using Atlas CRM to improve visibility, track performance and drive better decisions
• Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, building connections, developing talent and driving results where it matters most
