HALO Precision Diagnostics in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) for hereditary cancer testing. You will educate patients, coordinate care, and assist with phlebotomy as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will work in a fast-growing healthcare technology company with a focus on early detection, patient education, and compassionate service. No weekends required, with a comprehensive benefits package and stock options.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Minimum 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing from start to finish.
• Provide clear education on testing, procedures, and steps.
• Serve as the primary patient contact to ensure supportive experience.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
