HALO Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) in Englewood, CO. This in-person role focuses on guiding patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, educating patients, coordinating care, and performing phlebotomy as part of the testing process.

The position emphasizes strong patient communication, meticulous documentation, and collaboration with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience. Monday–Friday schedule and stock options are offered.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing processes from start to finish.
• Provide clear education on testing, procedures, and next steps.
• Serve as the primary patient contact to ensure supportive and informed experience.
• Coordinate workflows and follow up to ensure timely test completion.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for genetic testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
