Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Patient Navigator (Patient Support & Phlebotomy) to guide patients through hereditary cancer testing. You will perform venipuncture, educate patients, coordinate scheduling, and support a multidisciplinary team to ensure a compassionate patient experience.

The role requires a nationally certified phlebotomist, 2+ years of clinical experience, and BLS certification. Strong communication in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing and phlebotomy processes.
• Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for genetic testing.
• Coordinate education, scheduling, and follow-up with patients and partner sites.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems.
