You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients with education, scheduling, specimen collection, and follow-ups, while performing venipuncture and ensuring compliance with clinical protocols.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical experience in front office or back office.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process.
• Build partnerships with clinic staff and support workflow integration.
• Conduct venipuncture and collect blood specimens.
