HALO Precision Diagnostics in San Diego is seeking a Patient Navigator who combines phlebotomy, patient education, and care coordination to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing. The role supports clinicians, partner clinics, and operations with a patient-centric approach.

The ideal candidate is a nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills, HIPAA compliance, and experience with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, and prior authorizations.

Formación

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Experience in insurance verification and prior authorizations preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Guide patients through hereditary cancer testing processes with clear education.
• Coordinate testing and follow-ups with clinicians and partner clinics.
• Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for genetic testing in a compliant, accurate manner.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and accurate data entry in EMR/EHR.
