Job summary

HALO Precision Diagnostics is seeking a Patient Navigator to guide patients through hereditary cancer genetic testing, education, and coordination. The role includes phlebotomy support, working with a clinical team, and ensuring a compassionate patient experience in a fast-growing healthcare technology company.

The position is full-time, in-person in Redlands, CA, with a Monday–Friday schedule and English/Spanish bilingual preference. Competitive compensation and stock options are offered.

Qualifications

• Nationally certified phlebotomist with strong venipuncture skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (front or back office).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience with diagnostic or genetic specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through the hereditary cancer genetic testing process from start to finish.
• Provide clear, compassionate education on testing, procedures, and next steps.
• Serve as the primary patient contact to ensure a supportive and informed experience.
• Conduct structured patient consultations to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
