Job summary

Miratech is seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Training Specialist to deliver hands-on, scenario-based end-user training across multiple business units. The role emphasizes guided practice, real-world scenarios, and collaboration with SMEs to build effective training agendas.

You will develop and maintain SCORM/LMS content, create job aids, and support Train-the-Trainer sessions while ensuring readiness and accurate progress reporting on training initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user training on enterprise software or CX platforms.
• Proven delivery of interactive, scenario-based training using adult-learning methods.
• Experience with SCORM/LMS training content; Articulate Storyline familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, scenario-based end-user training for Genesys Cloud CX and WFM across units.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions with guided practice and real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with SMEs to convert content into structured training agendas.
• Verify training readiness, access, data, prerequisites, and configurations before sessions.
• Track attendance, feedback, assessments, and report progress to program leads.
• Support SCORM/LMS training material development and maintenance.
• Create user guides and job aids; support Train-the-Trainer sessions.
