Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Business Analysis to bridge business needs and IT development. The role defines project scopes, enables solution delivery, and supports process improvements to achieve operational goals.

You will lead elicitation sessions, document requirements, and coordinate testing with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in business analysis or related field
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform is required
• Experience documenting user stories in Jira is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, others) is preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and explain implications to end users is preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyzes new capabilities and changing business needs to inform IT solution delivery
• Leads elicitation sessions and develops process flows, requirements, and rules
• Collaborates with SMEs to execute UAT and change management activities
• Communicates project status clearly to stakeholders and partners
• Manages vendor relationships as needed for project execution and system integration
• Prepares deliverables and presents insights to senior business leaders
