Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Application Development & Maintenance professional to develop, sustain, and optimize software systems within a cross-functional IT team in the United States. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with business partners to drive value.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Genesys Cloud CX, CRM integrations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM), and meticulous documentation of call flows and data actions.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Hands on development experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform, preferred
• Integration experience with various CRM systems (i.e. ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM), preferred
• Ability to document system configuration (call flow diagrams, integrations, data actions, etc), preferred
• Troubleshooting experience to resolve issues with the Genesys Cloud platform and identity issues with upstream or downstream applications, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, preferred
• Ability to communicate well with business and technical team members, preferred

• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Works on complex projects of large scope
