Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Business Analysis to partner with business leaders and project teams to identify needs and deliver IT solutions. You will define project scopes to efficiently deliver business cases and ensure change management activities achieve goals.

Through process improvements and activation of new capabilities, you will enable business units to meet operational and commercial objectives. Strong communication and CRM integration experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, others).
• Experience with documenting user stories in Jira.
• Experience with test execution and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze new capabilities and changing business needs to inform IT solutions.
• Define project scopes and ensure alignment with business cases.
• Lead elicitation sessions and document process flows and rules.
• Coordinate with SMEs to execute UAT and change management activities.
• Provide clear, timely status updates to stakeholders and partners.
• Manage vendor relationships for project execution and system integration.
• Summarize results and create deliverables for senior leaders.
