Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud CX platform, required.
• Experience with diagramming call flows (Visio / Lucid).
• Experience with documenting user stories in Jira, preferred.
• Test Execution / Defect Management experience (Functional testing, UAT), preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, required.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, others), preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes new capabilities and changing business needs to inform IT solution delivery.
• Partners with functional experts to define project scope and measure business cases.
• Leads elicitation sessions to develop process flows, requirements and rules.
• Collaborates with SMEs to execute UAT and change management activities.
• Provides clear status updates to stakeholders and project partners.
• Manages relationships with vendors for project execution and system integration.
• Summarizes results and creates deliverables for senior leaders.
