Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant, Business Analysis to partner with business leaders and project teams to identify business needs and deliver Information Technology solutions. The role defines project scopes and ensures that solution development, implementation and change activities meet business goals.

Through process improvements and activation of new capabilities, the consultant enables business units to achieve operational and commercial objectives within a collaborative IT

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience with documenting user stories in Jira.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, others).
• Experience with diagramming detailed call flows (Visio / Lucid) or Lucidchart.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes new capabilities and changing business needs to inform IT solution delivery.
• Leads elicitation sessions to develop process flows, requirements, and rules, and prepares documentation.
• Collaborates with SMEs to execute user acceptance testing and change management activities.
• Provides timely communication and status updates to stakeholders and partners.
• Manages relationships with vendors for project execution and system integration.
• Summarizes project results and creates deliverables for senior leaders.
