Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Preferred Hands-on development with Genesys Cloud CX platform
• Preferred Integration with CRM systems (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP CRM)
• Preferred Document system configuration (call flow diagrams, integrations, data actions)
• Preferred Experience designing Genesys Cloud Architect flows for voice, email, IVR routing

Responsibilities

• Develops and sustains software systems in cross‑functional teams.
• Contributes to policy and procedure development.
• Works on complex projects; develops innovative technical solutions.
• May mentor less-experienced colleagues.
• Anticipated salary range: $96,300.00 - $137,600.00
