Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Generics Business Manager to support the development and execution of the generics commercial strategy, translating priorities into actionable plans.

You will analyze revenue, margins, and trends to inform P&L decisions and monitor market dynamics, pricing, and performance. You will also coordinate supply chain activities and manage trade returns to minimize exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4–5 years in trade/commercial ops, pricing, or sales analytics in pharma/generics; generics trade strongly preferred.
• Experience with chargebacks, rebates, contract compliance, and/or trade returns.
• ERP/CRM and trade data sources; pharma market data sources (IQVIA, Symphony Health, MMIT).
• BI/Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of generics commercial strategy; translate priorities into operational plans.
• Provide revenue, margin, and trend analysis to inform P&L decisions.
• Monitor market/competitor/pricing dynamics.
• Track sales performance, forecast demand, and deliver regular business reports.
• Analyze profitability, customer performance, and market trends.
• Build competitive intelligence and identify opportunities/threats.
• Identify products approaching short-dated status monthly; finalize product list with commercial/marketing.
