Job summary

Sun Pharma in New York is seeking a Marketing Lead for generics to drive product launches, forecasting, and portfolio analysis. You will work with supply chain, manufacturing, sales and pricing teams to align strategy and execution.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration across brand units, retail generics, and institutional generics, reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4–5 years of experience; MBA preferred.
• Generic pharmaceutical industry experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to maneuver large spreadsheets.
• Strong communication, organizational and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data on generic supplies, demand, demographics, and pricing.
• Develop marketing strategy for launches and relaunches with forecasts.
• Set objectives, track performance, and guide actions for product growth.
• Manage 20+ molecule launches annually with forecasting responsibility.
• Prepare reporting for forecasting and allocation during launch phase.
• Support sales budgets, forecasts and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel between NJ and NY sites up to 20%.
