Job summary

Sun Pharmaceuticals seeks astrong marketing leader to drive product launches, forecasting, and portfolio analysis for the Generics Retail team. The role partners with supply chain, manufacturing, and pricing to meet revenue and market-share goals and requires collaboration across brand units and contracts teams.

The position reports to the Associate Director, Marketing and involves extensive data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional engagement to optimize launches and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in generic/pharma industry.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manipulate large data sets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to evaluate market dynamics and pricing.
• Develop marketing strategy for launches and relaunches with forecast inputs.
• Set objectives, track performance, and remediate actions.
• Manage 20+ product launches annually with forecasting.
• Coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, pricing, and contracts teams.
• Prepare and present reports for senior management and sales teams.
• Travel between NJ and NY up to 20%.
